Data Processing Policy
This policy outlines the behaviours and responsibilities expected in order to ensure the Dynamic Data Transformation Hub (DDT Hub) continues to fulfil its obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Data Protection Act (DPA), and any other related legislation.
DDT Hub’s information is a key corporate asset, essential to the success of our business. It is used to inform our decisions and provides evidence of business decisions, activities and transactions. It therefore needs to be managed and protected in accordance with its commercial value and level of sensitivity.
In the course of providing services, DDT Hub may receive, store, and manage sensitive data on DDT Hub systems. Due to contractual, legal, and regulatory obligations, DDT Hub must maintain strict confidentiality of such data at all times. This policy communicates DDT Hub’s expectations with respect to the transmittal, storage, processing, retention, protection, and disposal of sensitive data provided to DDT Hub in the course of doing business.
There are also a number of laws which impose requirements on how we manage our information, particularly personal data. Employees, contractors, business partners and other stakeholders should be able to trust that we handle their personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. It is therefore important that we have appropriate procedures and systems in place to ensure information is properly managed.
