Corporate Governance Policy

Dynamic Data Transformation Hub as a group, is fully committed to following the laws and regulations in all the countries where we operate.

We adhere to the highest corporate governance practices and standards to deliver the best results for our stakeholders.

Our Group policy framework encompasses our Values, Code of Conduct and a suite of policies, standards, procedures and guidelines on various key matters and risks to DDT Hub. This framework reflects our commitment to uphold responsible and ethical business practices.

We embarked on a comprehensive review of our entire Group policy framework. This was a collaborative, cross-functional project to develop and implement a more streamlined and consistent approach to policy governance at DDT Hub.

We examined and updated all of our Group policies in addition to reevaluating our policy structure. The goal was to make DDT Hub’s pledges, methods, and needs as straightforward, clear, and succinct as possible for workers and related contractors. Employees must be able to grasp the behaviours that are required of them. External stakeholders must also have access to our policies in order to keep informed of DDT Hub’s approaches and commitments on issues that are vital to them. This is why we make all of our policies available on our website.

As part of this project, we conducted thorough consultations with the business and reviewed and incorporated their comments to ensure that the adoption of our policies and supporting papers was feasible. Furthermore, we considered industry best practices as well as the commitments we are required to meet as a result of our membership in and support for external frameworks such as the UN Global Compact, the International Labour Organization Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights. We also considered the International Council on Mining and Metals’ Performance Expectations.

All of our Group policies have been evaluated and approved by the Environment, Social, and Governance Committee, which is made up of senior management members from several commodities divisions and corporate roles. Our Board also gave their approval to our policies. Our policies were also approved by our Board.
